Process Description: Ministerial Orders have been reviewed from the time of a separate's inception through to present. School authority polygons are updated after a Ministerial Order altering the boundaries is signed. The data is prepared and promoted through GENESIS.

Attribute Accuracy Report: Not all attributes are populated.

Logical Consistency Report: This data should be used with caution as it may contain anomalies that may impact display and analysis. The data contains multipart polygons, gaps, slivers, and unattributed polygons which could be lakes. The data has been aligned to the provincial boundary but not to other Alberta datasets such as Indian Reserves, Metis Settlements, or hydrology. This data is a visual representations of the lands described in the applicable Boundary Adjustment Orders. Should there be a discrepancy between the Ministerial Order and these maps, the Ministerial Order shall be deemed correct.
